Who is Pilates for? Golfers, brides-to-be, new moms looking to get back into shape, or anyone looking to improve their body and level of fitness!
Happy New Year! In this new year 2012, what better time is there to commit to including a very powerful and effective method of conditioning for your body? Pilates is a perfect way to ease into a fitness routine, as well as to greatly complement your current exercise program. It will also improve performance in any sport you play - especially golf!
I am pleased to be offering weekly Pilates classes, conveniently located at the Country Club of Billerica, 51 Baldwin Road, Billerica, MA. Your practice in Pilates can offer the following benefits for you (just to name a few):

- Improved core strength
- Increased range of motion by building strength, not bulk
- Improved posture, balance and coordination; and
- Most importantly - increased flexibility and agility
(increased flexibility means a greatly reduced risk of injury).
Many articles have been written on the benefits of Pilates for golfers. If you are interested in learning more about the benefits of Pilates for golfers, here is some related information. A healthy body will keep you playing golf much longer!!!
